6. VENDORS DELIVERING TO SHORE

A.) Small Package Deliveries

The Administrative Assistant, or other designated staff member, will direct delivery personnel to leave packages in designated drop-off locations in building vestibules. Vendors will be required to wear a face mask to enter the program’s designated space for deliveries and maintain six feet of social distancing. Vendors will not be permitted into the program beyond the delivery area, and will not be permitted to enter the program and school space, including to use bathrooms. If signatures are necessary, Shore staff will go to designated drop-off locations, provide signatures and then hand wash.

B.) Large Deliveries

For deliveries on pallets or other large, bulk items that require vendors to move items to a loading dock or designated storage area/closet within the program space).
Vendors will be required to wear a face mask to enter the program and maintain six feet of social distancing at all times. The Administrative Assistant, or other designated staff member, will open the loading dock and/or storage area and accompany the vendor to the delivery drop off area.Vendors will not be permitted into the program beyond the delivery area and will not be permitted to interact with program participants/staff, nor use Shore restrooms.

C.) Vending Machine Deliveries

Vendors will be required to wear a face mask to enter the program and maintain six feet of social distancing. An Administrative Assistant, or other designated staff member, will accompany the vendor to the vending machines. Vendors will not be permitted into the program beyond the delivery area and will not be permitted to interact with program participants/staff, nor use Shore restrooms. Once the vendor completes stocking/maintenance, the outside of the vending machine will be cleaned and disinfected by a designated Shore staff member.
