Reopening Plan

1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES

 STUDENTS • Times will be scheduled (when possible) and entry points assigned to maintain social distancing during arrival and departure times. • Students cannot leave vehicles, even when accompanied by families until program staff assist or direct them that it’s their turn to enter. • All programs/classrooms will enter and leave at their assigned door. • Buses and family vehicles will be directed to the designated drop off/pick up area or numbered door. (All doors will be clearly labeled with numbers) • Assigned staff will notify the classroom of a vehicle arrival. • Students will be assisted as needed to sanitize hands upon building entry and exiting the building.  • All students will be accompanied by an adult as needed and go directly to their classroom or vehicle. • Social distancing will be adhered to during the transition in and out of the building and decals will be in any area that may require waiting. • Masks will be required during all transitions in and out of the building unless there is an exemption (medical, disability, age). • STAFF • Three areas have been designated for staff entry and departure. • All staff will enter and leave at the door closest to their office/classroom. • Masks will be required during all transitions in and out of the building. • Staff will sanitize hands upon building entry and exiting the building. • All staff will check in/out at the door closest to their office/classroom. • Social distancing will be adhered to during the transition in and out of the building and decals will be in any area that may require waiti
