Shore Pop-Up Services

A schedule of outdoor activities, including a range of therapy-led clinics, will be held
under a tent on Shore program property. Those who are not quite ready to commit to
coming back for in-person services can try a pop-up. Each Pop-Up session will have a
limited number of spaces available and will require participants to reserve a spot in advance. Pop-Up
sessions will run
for one hour,
unless otherwise
indicated. Prescreening
for
COVID-19
symptoms is
required to
attend. Shore
nurses will take temperatures and ask for your assurance that other screening questions have been
answered satisfactorily before attending pop-up’s. As with all of Shore’s in-person
services, social distancing, hand hygiene and other transmission prevention
procedures will be carefully followed.
● Individualized in-person therapy consultations
and assessments may be provided upon request.
Therapy consultations, including wheelchair clinics,
will be conducted outdoors (weather permitting), or
in designated indoor settings with the infection
control procedures in place. In some circumstances,
consultations may be conducted at the participant’s
home.
